Litigated over 100 jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, and mediations in actions involving fraud, conversion, unfair business and trade practices, breach of fiduciary duties, personal injury and property damage claims, corporate and partnership dissolutions, HOA litigation, real estate partition, quiet title, foreclosure of mechanic’s liens, forcible detainer, product liability, breach of contract, and mobilehome law actions, including lien sales and foreclosures. Served as an arbitrator in a real estate matter and attorney fee disputes for the San Diego County Bar Fee Arbitration Committee.
