Dr. Gary De Forest is a East County San Diego native that has been in practice as a Chiropractor for 25 years.  Gary De Forest, D.C. graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1983. He has 2 children, Daniella and Sean. 

Dr. De Forest specializes in the treatment of sports injuries, shoulder and disc problems. His office features X-Ray, physiotherapy techniques, and acupuncture.  He is always happy to answer any questions you may have about your health at deforest192@yahoo.com  .  Dr De Forest is 52 years old and still competes at motocross racing in the highest expert class for local Vintage Bike racing. He attributes his ability to do this at his age to regular Chiropractic and massage care once a month since he was 20 years of age, coupled with good nutrition, exercise and  a bit of good luck.
